Lemon juice, 1/4 cup
1/4 cup soy
2TB olive oil
2 tablespoons ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons parsley
salt (1 teaspoon)
1/2 tsp pepper
1-1/2 lbs chicken thighs or breasts, skinless


Whisk together lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, ginger, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Marinate chicken in a bag or bowl. Place bag on plate or bowl and seal. Marinate chicken for 2-12 hours.

Discard marinade and pat dry chicken.

Turn chicken over medium-high heat until 165F. Enjoy warm chicken.
