2 tbsp balsamic 
2 tbsp soy sauce (reduced sodium)
4 tablespoons honey
2 tbsp. olive oil 2 crushed garlic cloves
2 skirt steaks (8 oz.) Spray cooking oil
a quarter teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

How to Do It

1.In a large ziplock plastic freezer bag, combine the balsamic , soy sauce, honey, olive oil, and crushed garlic.

2. Seal bag after adding steaks. Allow to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes after turning to coat.

3. Remove steaks from marinade; set aside.

4. Grill pan on high heat; lightly coat with cooking spray. Cook steaks until done to preference, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer steaks to a cutting board and set aside for 5 minutes.

5.Cut thin slices across the grain. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
